	1255478	jooop	The whole red light district has roads with bollards (barriers) that are closed at night; I don't know how to map this due to it kind of being an area-wide thing. It's inaccessible except to residents and taxis; stays accessible to bikes. I'm not 100% clear on the times (can check those out if needed). Area is roughly the OZ achterburgwal, voorburgwal, and zeedijk from the 'damstraatjes' up until the damstraatjes (damstraat, oude doelenstraat, etc).
