I am adding swamps and wetlands to southern Sweden. In order to make bindings to the correct multipolygon in the iD editor, I have to name the polygons temporarily. When I am finished, I remove the name again.

It was a mistake. I have changed it back. If it actually is a bare rock I don’t know. There is a lot of bare rock in this area. All is added with source Lantmäteriet, which is the official Swedish mapping agency. I doubt that this is accurate, though. I can not see so much bare rock on their official maps, but I live far away in Malmö, so I will not make charges I can’t confirm on the areal images.

Well,actually this object should be taggad as inner, but the iD editor didn’t allow me to do that, so I taggad it as motorway as a reminder to fix it later in another tool.

A relation should not be part of itself. However, when using Potlatch, it is easy to do such a mistake. I have done so on several occasions, and it took a while before I realized it. I have tried to find the mistakes with OSM inspector, but I haven’t found the error you point to there.

Yes, I think there were an issue with touching inner rings. I don’t fully understand the discussion you link to, but touching inner rings is a pain. After an editing session, I always need to check the next OSM Inspector update to fix any error I might have create. Some errors are next to impossible to find without OSM Inspector. I think I need to accept that areas get broken this way for a day, in order to do the work.

I have changed the grass area as I think you mean it should be. I am trying to fix woodland all over southern Sweden, and base it mostly on areal images. In this spot there may have been an error indication from OSM inspector. If you think it should be further modified, feel free to do so.

De flygbilder som finns tillgängliga i Potlatch är Bing areal och Esri World, och jag använder oftast Esri World. Det går att justera alignment, men det är sällan det behövs, så det är lätt att missa när så är fallet. I så fall gäller det att det finns bra gps-spår som kan användas, vilket inte alltid är fallet. Trafikverkets data verkar inte fungera i Potlatch. De närmsta månaderna har jag förmodligen inte möjlighet att redigera i någon större omfattning.

Jag har använt de flygbilder som varit tydligast av de som är tillgängliga i Potlatch 2. Men det kan vara så att jag inte alltid fixar till befintliga vägar med dålig passning i hela sin längd. Har du exempel på vägar som inte stämmer?
