thanks for the addition :) if you know the road is passable by standard city cars, routers will find it useful to have a smoothness tag (intermediate or bad).

Welcome to OpenStreetMap. A few tips for beginners like you:
- start mapping close to your home. do not map things far away you are not familiar with.
- Make small changes one time a time and save
- Focusing on adding new things (missing buildings, roads)…
- Write a better description e.g. added building
- Learn about different imagery and alignments
- If you are not sure, it’s always better to not map it.
- Read the openstreetmap wiki
- Ask questions on the community site

it's always better in English, but you can also do in Thai. e.g. "add bus stops". Note also that we are not supposed to add data directly from google :( but if you have local knowledge, you did a survey, or know about them, you can add the data.

Hi. I changed the merged noexit=yes node to a barrier=gate. noexit=yes should be only used on disconnected road segments physically separated by wall/fence. Gates however should be used as nodes of existing road segments. More info: https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/how-to-tag-noexit-yes-nodes/9095

Morning. why would you remove English name translations? These "name:en" are important and should not be removed. If the translations are incorrect, please simply replace their values.

Also, what imagery did you actually rely on? ESRI or any recent imagery do not match geometries here.

thanks for your contributions! Is the road up to Doi Mieng passable by cars or pickup trucks if the gates are opened? If yes, that section should be a highway=service, if not it should be a highway=path. Unclassified is reserved for significant thru-traffic roads which is not the case here. If you meant the road is paved, you can add the relevant surface tag (e.g. paved, concrete, asphalt...). You can get an overview of all highway usage in Thailand in the wiki osm.wiki/WikiProject_Thailand#Urban_and_Local_Road_wide_enough_for_motor_cars

hey @ray331. where are these tag upgrades publicly discussed/documented ? I do not see any mention in the wiki that multiple values for internet_access tag are forbidden, and do not see any obvious reason why it should be.

Thanks for your contributions. If you are aware with local knowledge that the surface is not unpaved, could you please indicate a new value (paved or concrete, or asphalt...) instead of deleting the existing tag ?

Hello, thank you for your contributions. could you please explains in details the purpose of these "DVBD2020 enumeration"? Why does this description tag (e.g. description=5801021201) mean and why was it added to a new area instead of the actual village place area or node ?
