Until I figure out where to report abuse, I post here:
This user is spamming comments to my OSM blog posts with machine translated meaningless stuff and tried to add me as friend.
And Googling for “openstreetmap report abuse” has not came up with any good suggestions.
Please check his database…

Perhaps someone can expand the blog to add a report abuse, button or add a Captcha to reduce it.

I think your best alternative to directly requesting the user stop is to add them here: osm.wiki/w/index.php?title=Spam&oldid=862187
