I must, I must, I must remember to change the comment field before hitting the upload button in JOSM!
#2100142 Was actually addition of cycleway from Barnards Gate to Eynsham.
#2107235 Was actually addition of cycleways from Eynsham to Oxford on the north and south sides of the A40.

hehe, glad I'm not the only one to have done this! I'd prefer it if there was something to click to say "re-use last comment" but the comment is blank by default.
