I am not so tech savy about iD numbers etc. After watching https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6n29CU2-Sg, I felt like contributing from my end. Hence, picking few areas which has no OSM road but real road is present. Hence adding them to improve the data sufficiency. My gut says, I have not messed with any one else's work. I just added few segments where it is blank.
