Can you get the previous state back again?
In the meantime I will try to get the GeoPortal Aerial View from 2018/19 and even the CTR 5k map working as layer - it's the most precise, and everyone would save a lot of work. I've found both ESRI and Bing not very trustworthy (at least for this region).

I've been there this week and found that streets were lacking, si I added these. But the problem was, in fact, the different non-compatible aerial layers.
In the meantime I've been looking at the official 2007 aerial mapping by importing it into QGIS: http://geoportale.regione.abruzzo.it/Cartanet/pages4home/area-download-1/istruzioni-per-lutilizzo-del-wms-con-qgis
and the resulting polygons (Anversa degli Abruzzi) nel DNAS:
