When I learned mapping OSM from one of my closest friends Dr. Ganesh Dhamodkar, I searched for Ramtek town (because my hometown Kachurwahi was already mapped by him). It was completely blank except some roads. Then I started adding things, residential roads, POIs, Hospitals, clinics, Schools, colleges, etc and my map became pretty good over a week.
