Need to edit but no aerial image | @Vincent de Phily, yes, thank you for the advices. I’ll do those next time i go there. It is 100km away from my home, i do some business there and i always feel somewhat uncomfortable when my business place is not mapped… Especially when it is not navigable by my fancy android app :P @Sanderd17, ok I’ll try that OSMtracker again. Few months ago i tried it but quite unstable on my samsung galaxy mini. Similar unstability happened with osmand. Btw, what is your favorite software to edit the tracks on PC? |

New to OSM | Hey, i’m near Bogor too, in Ciawi area. What help do you need? Maybe i could do with something. |

Need to edit but no aerial image | @giggls, but.. but… now is 2012… haha. But i found this “vespucci” thingy on android market, maybe it could make gpx mapping easier. |

Back to old love | @Sanderd17, i tried navit recently, so ancient. I dont think i’m smart enough to operate it. Similar thing happened in Indonesia, most of the streets aren’t in waze. Only the big and verified ones. It is perfect to navigate safely because it wont get me into 4wd only streets. Special feature? I wan’t osmand to offer me alternate route. Waze can do it nicely, complete with ETA. I think Osmand need to implement it too, so when i get stuck because of traffic or collapsed bridge, i can get alternatives easily. That will make Osmand even better than Garmin HCx. @Nmixter, sounds good. I never tried that, yet. I still use the free version. |
