liutas4x4님이 English로 2011년 8월 20일에 게시함.- illumination at night: there are some highways (motorways, primary roads, even local roads and mostly - streets), which has or has no illumination at dark time; sometimes there are some trunks with or without lights; like for me, it can be something like illumination=yes/no; of course, for motorways esp., it can have extension tag for illumination_sides=both/single; on a full scale it can use even illumination_scheme tag, like "1x20m, 2x50m" etc., but from list of ISO (or another, local) standard.
- there is some difficulties to mark a number of lane at an intersection zone in OSM: often you have dedicated lane for, say, left turn; while you have 2 lanes tagged, @ specific interchange or crossroad you may have a way to mark "addition lane for righ (or left, or both) turn";
- there are no crossroad and intersection tags, - really? may be they are, but they are hidden from newbies? if so, I really want to now "how", and... to have a way to mark major and secondary way in each non-regulated crossroad;
- on "restrictions" section only speed limits are shown, while there are many trunks with, for ex., overtaking forever prohibited, "no bicycles" and so on;
- last not least: some streets and highways have time-related restrictions (by time of a day or by day of the week); how to mark "restriction time"?

The Map features page lists only a basic set of tags to get people started.
For "no bicycles", there's bicycle=no:
osm.wiki/Key:bicycle
The applications that consume OSM data probably don't yet use any of these:
osm.wiki/Key:overtaking
osm.wiki/Tag:highway=stop
osm.wiki/Tag:highway=give_way
When the number of lanes changes, you split the way into two (or more) consecutive ways, and change the lanes tag on the correct part.

Thank you, Andrew and alv. "Deeper in the forest, - more questions" :) It seems I began to catch OSM rules and get a way to find something I need in it's wiki.

You really need to read and maybe printout the Map-Features and Proposed Map-Features pages.
One of the most important phrases at the start of Map-Features is
"You can use any tags you like as long as the values are verifiable. However, there is a benefit in agreeing to a recommended set of features and corresponding tags in order to create, interpret and display a common basemap."
What this tells you is that you yourself can define any tag you want, i.e. you are not restricted to the Map-Features tag definitions.
For example, a fellow user near me has his own tag building:roof:shape=pyramidal
(It is now in the Proposed Features Page) which I think the universities are using to render 3D Shapes.
For most of the OSM contributors (including me) we stick to the predefined definitions and as a newbie you would be well advised to go step-by-step in steady increments before attempting to change the OSM-Database.
If you are not yet aware of Routes, relations and multipolygons,etc. then there is a large chance that you will destroy the work of others.
If where you are living is not well mapped (Highways and Landuse,etc.) it would seem to me to it would advisable to complete these before going to the more complex issues of routes, relations and multipolygons but having said that it is your area of influence so do what you want.

OK, PierenBot and dcp: I go into reading, thoroughly.
dcp, you can be sure: I am very accurate there, not only because of the reason I am new on OSM, but also because vector-based graphic editing is my specialty for many years. All tags and routes double checked and do not hesitate to go to specific point to check situation directly.
