Thanks for getting back Steven L Goldberg. You can remove the road relation osm.org/relation/7538429#map=17/37.50963/-122.27580

Hi DV1ABG,

Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Your interest in contributing to the map is greatly appreciated. I have observed that you have given numbers as names for these garden points you have mapped here. It would be great if you can remove the name tags.

Thanks,

Manohar

Welcome to OpenStreetMap hithere123. Your interest in contributing to the map is greatly appreciated. Thanks for requesting a review.

I have observed that you have added a waterbody, a mixed wood, beach and a forest above the city plaza park.

It would be great if you can delete this features as they don't exist on the ground in truth. We only map what is there on the ground on OpenStreetMap.

Happy mapping and I hope you continue contributing to OpenStreetMap. Also I suggest http://learnosm.org/en/ for quickly getting started on tagging schema and common mapping practices.

Thank you,

Manohar

Hi AndrewSP37,

I have observed that this way osm.org/way/21350743 does not align with Bing satellite imagery which you mentioned as source. May I request if you have anyother source one can use to verify this change. It would be great if you can correct this highway and align to imagery if this was unintended.

Thanks,

Manohar

Hi Preluwer,

I see that you have requested a review for this changeset.
I have used OpenStreetMap changeset visualizer https://osmcha.mapbox.com/changesets/51738113 to look into the edits you have made in this changeset.

Amazing addition of buildings. But I have a small doubt. The numbers you have added to the buildings in the name tag. Like `name=107` for osm.org/way/521443701

If they are address house numbers, can you move them to address tags. More information on them here osm.wiki/Key:addr

Hi Steven L Goldberg,

Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Your interest in contributing to the map is greatly appreciated. I see that you have requested a review.

- It is okay to have different segments of road with the same name.
- Adding a common property between roads can be done using a relation like you did and adding that property (in this case the name tag).

But same road in different segments correct. You can remove the type=road relation you added.

Also, I would like to suggest http://learnosm.org/en/ for quickly getting started on OSM.

Thank you,

Manohar

Observed that osm.org/way/521146165/history looks like school grounds in the satellite imagery. Let me know if it is a new building that is missing from the imagery.

Thanks :)

Hi kailashdhirwani,

Welcome to OpenStreetMap. I see that you have requested a review. Thanks for your interest in contributing to the open map of the world. The copyshot POI is great but the building needs some work. It would be great if you can reshape it.

Otherwise, great!

Hi Rajsamand Local Guide,

Welcome to OpenStreetMap. I see that you requested a review. Your edits look great. One suggestion is to square off the polygons and buildings. For more information, use http://learnosm.org/en/beginner/id-editor/ for understanding iD editor for OpenStreetMap. LearnOSM is also a great source for getting started on OpenStreetMap.

Hi emeryradio,

Want to flag that you have changed road classification of a lot of roads in SF. Observed that these roads have not had a change in classification in a long time as well. Example: osm.org/way/8929548/history this road was a tertiary highway for the last 14 versions and you have converted it into a residential way.

Another example: osm.org/way/396987216/history. The roads on either side of these segments are tertiary but this road itself is secondary.

May I request to re-verify and correct if needed. If you have a particular source you are following it would be great if you can share.

Thank you,

Manohar

Hi Stefano Criscuolo,

Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Your interest in contributing to the map is greatly appreciated. But I have observed that this community center you have added seems to be on the beach osm.org/node/5044916429/history. It would be great if you can fix it.

Thanks,

Hi kpedji georges,

Welcome to OpenStreetMap. Your interest in contributing to the map is greatly appreciated. But I have observed that the motorway you have added here osm.org/way/515616597/ is probably a residential road and not a motorway. Please refer to osm.wiki/Key:highway for understanding highway classification on OpenStreetMap. It would be great if you can correct your edits. May I also suggest http://learnosm.org/en/ for quickly getting started on tagging schema and common mapping practices.

Thank you,

Manohar

Population tag is for specifying the count of population in a specific place. Refer to osm.wiki/Key:population
