Virginia Oaks Drive, Clubhouse Road, and Sterling Point Drive should not be tagged as Tertiary roads, they should be tagged as Residential roads, as that is what they are.
Even though these residential roads in question do see higher volumes of traffic than most residential roads, the communities they serve have been taking action to try to decrease cut-through traffic and restore them to their status of low-volume, residential streets.

Hey there Elliott, my apologies, I had not realized that the Trunk classification has evolved. I was going based on what I've seen from past changesets from other mappers.

Joseph, I believe you are misinformed on roadway classification. Major roads with high volumes of traffic, even if they are short segments, would technically be classified at Trunk road, such as the westernmost portion of MD-26.
Additionally, the Golden Mile should definitely be Trunk, given its purpose as a major thoroughfare through the area. Another mapper actually got in trouble for changing that segment of US-40 from Trunk to Primary, and I was changing it back to Trunk as it should be.
Please revert this changeset.

Hey there Joseph, I'm not sure if you missed my reply to your comment on my changeset, but the reason it's inappropriate to mark Brookside Parkway and Vint Hill Parkway as secondary is because they are not intended to route through-traffic, given they have very low speed limits. Rouges Road, which I upgraded to secondary, is the main through-route connecting Dumfries Road to Vint Hill Road, given it is a more direct route and has a higher speed limit. Brookside Parkway and Vint Hill Parkway are intended only for traffic destined for Brookside or Vint Hill. For these reasons, they are better marked as tertiary. Thank you.

Hey there Joseph. I downgraded this road because it's actually not the main thoroughfare through New Baltimore. Rogues Road would technically be considered the main thoroughfare, given it's a more direct route between Dumfries Road and Vint Hill Road, has a significantly higher speed limit, and has passing zones.
