They are using leisure=track only for the area, for more details using paths with highway=cycleway.

I checked today this place with MapsMe and the app does not display these cycle tracks.

This changeset contains many multipolygons, that are without any other tags. There is also multipolygon with tags for leasure/sport but the multipolygon contains only one area. Do you think we can simplify it into 2 areas?

There is a turn restriction where "from" member is opposite to oneway direction. So the restriction is not needed and can be removed. Are you ok with that?
