Hi BCNorwich. Just to let you know that there is a small public garden in that POI location. It is paved with an ornamental shrubbery in the centre and benches in a circular pattern on the outside. I think Jonathon must have used the wrong POI.

Hi. Not sure if you know but the areas that you are tagging as a park are already in an area tagged as a park. I notice that you are new. Please could you have a read of the beginners guide. osm.wiki/Beginners'_guide

Hi. There is no set convention, its just that you don't see many trees named. One exception that I could think of would have been the Oak tree in the Intu shopping centre. From what you describe I would say that you were correct in using Oak in the name tag.

The name tag doesn't need to be filled with "Oak". It looks a bit odd on the map. The name should be used only if the tree is a known landmark . For instance it could be a wishing or memory tree. In this case "wishing tree" would make sense in the name field.

There are 7 (i could only find 6) artworks located along the cycle path as you enter Winslow.

@trigpoint thanks. I suspect that its a spam account. Out of interest how do you revert a changeset?

They have also deleted the road in the carpark. http://nrenner.github.io/achavi/?changeset=43942322

This users edits need to be reverted.

No worries. I did the same thing for Bamburgh Gate under the V1 at Kingsmead. The road is there but it is blocked with a gate at one end and a sewage pipe at the other. Marking the road as blocked stops routing applications from including in their routes.

I wonder when they will decide to do something with the layout at Grafton Street? It looks awful.

Would it have been better to mark the road as closed instead of removing it completely? The road is still there, it has been bollared to stop traffic.
