Desktop App for exploring and exporting OSM Data

The main idea is that a user can download data for a specific extend (a project area) and see what kind of data is available in this area. Geometries with Tags that are useful can then be exported to Shape or KML. I would say the project is still in an experimental stage, but any feedback is welcome.

Maybe add the translation to https://www.transifex.com so we can translate in different languages.
And i know that is free for Open Source projects

When i try to install it says that it require 2 GB to install, because of net 4.5

The install files are around 30 MB, but it requires .NET 4.5 (not sure how big this is if you have to upgrade)
