For the in-home daycares the place of business is usually the home where clients come and drop-off their children; so I think tagging the house is ok. But I agree in case of a plumber or locksmith for example, who list their house but conduct their business outside, it would make sense to skip those tasks.

As I understand it, all those edits come from public business records that have been filed by the owners to explain their social distancing protocols.
Also for in home day cares in the area it is common to not have a sign, or just a really small one hard to spot.
