Hello 78trys! This changeset needs some improvement. The park boundaries are already identified by a relation (see osm.org/relation/7193782). The `leisure` tag is mostly for very specific activities. (see
osm.wiki/Key:leisure) A better way to capture that there are facilities for hiking, boating, and swimming is to mark trails, add slipways (boat ramps), and specific areas reserved for leisure=swimming_area. The leisure_1 convention doesn't mean that you have multiple leisure activities, it means the software is trying to not delete data on you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Looking at the history of these ways, they were oneway=yes before this change. That's seems unintentional, but still changed.

I find this change to be a little problematic. At the very least, many of the ways should be oneway=yes.

This should be some kind of "link" because US 31 has a different level of separation see
osm.wiki/Tag:highway%3Dmotorway_link

This could arguably be either a motorway_link (which I think this was tagged as) or primary_link.

On what map was this not rendering?

I'm concerned about this and I want to make sure that however this is resolved is done in a manner that improves the map (and map data).

Gillespie Road was marked as bridge=culvert, which is strongly discouraged by the OSM wiki page for Key:bridge. I noticed this because the portion of Gillespie Road from Balch Road to Mill Creek is tagged this. I'm not sure if it was a mistake or if you are trying to tag storm water drain pipes.

Hello. First, I want to thank you for adding the KOA Campground. I think this should be tagged as tourism=camp_site, not as leisure=park (mainly for city parks). Tagging it that way points to the main activity, camping. There are also much more information about the campground that can also be added: osm.wiki/Tag:tourism%3Dcamp_site

I'll try to do better spelling it. You are correct that it should be FAA:LFSN. This is "FAA's Landing Facility Site Number". I should probably remove it when there is some other kind of ID.

Hello Kpburns,

I believe that Trinity Park is the old name for Lincoln-Bridgeforth Park. There may very well be a marker that says Trinity Park. The Judge R Eugene Pincham Athletic Field is being leased by the City of Athens, but I assume that it could/should be a part of Lincoln-Bridgeforth Park. The "Trinity Park" boundary that you have made includes area owned by private property owners.

I'll happily give you GIS data for this. There is a layer in the map of "Athens Parks & Cemeteries". That boundary does not include the Athletic Field.

Thanks for adding detail to Elkmont Rural Village. It looks like this edit made it so that the the development's name, "Elkmont Rural Village" no longer is rendered on the default map. Would you mind fixing that? I would be glad to help. Just let me know.

I've got a couple of issues with this change. Why make the boundary a multipolygon? Multipolygons should be reserved for boundaries that are complicated that incorporated multiple fragmented areas or have holes in them.
Next issue, the boundary include more property than is in the park. The property isn't owned by Athens Hospital or the City of Athens. There are doctors/dentists offices included in the boundary, which shouldn't be in a park. Other topo maps also include an area larger than this park because it once was the County's Fairgrounds. I know all this because I work for the City of Athens as the GIS Coordinator.

I'd be happy to give you spatial data if you want to edit this.

Hey. In Roselawn Memorial Garden, just wanted to point my out that some of "footways" look like, from the aerial photography, that they should be tagged as service roads. I've never been to this cemetery. The parking lot suggests that somebody can drive there to park even if it is just employees. Thanks for all the edits. - Micah

Hello Zhade, Welcome to OpenStreetMap. I'm glad that you are mapping Elkmont. Here are a couple of notes. Aviagen on Witty Mill Road has an entire property tagged building=yes, which makes it render incorrectly. Please refrain from connecting landuses to road lines. A road's Right-of-Way is technically a different landuse. Thanks!

Thank you for your contributions in the area. Just wanted to raise a concern. Tagging Ingalls Habor as waterway=dock is as a boundary seems a little problematic. I think that waterway=dock is intended just for the area that has water or can be inundated with water as a dock and is rendered in blue to indicate a specific water area. The Harbor also encompases parking and a pavilion. Perhaps that larger area is better tagged as leisure=park, since other facilities share the Ingalls Harbor name.
