Oops sorry, I see the Columbus & Coles edits were in a different changeset. The buildings here were simply demolished and are currently a vacant lot awaiting redevelopment. :-)

There have been a number of buildings demolished in 2021 or 2022. Most are now vacant lots, but thes ones at the intersection of Columbus & Coles have been replaced by a new apartment building that's nearing completion. Mapped in person, but also visible in the July 2022 Google Street View imagery.
