Missing bus stops on maidstone road and Withells Rd . Purple line, sumner route

I passed here yesterday on the steps down from Shivapuri peak. There is a road cutting here but it is totally unused and being covered in jungle. I'm petty sure it must be blocked at the park boundary. There are serious army guards at the main gate and patrolling to prevent poaching.
