122182132 | about 3 years ago | Sorry, missed that - now sorted |
88611693 | over 3 years ago | Hi @tree_squad, I've removed the tourism=camp_site tag because this isn't a place where people can camp overnight with tents, motorhomes or caravans. I think it's a yurt so I've tagged it as a building=ger; please feel free to tag it better if you wish. Wiki links for these tags:

116590269 | over 3 years ago | Hi, I'm removing the access=no tag you added because access= is about legal restrictions which do not apply here. The track is also passable on foot (it was about 2 weeks ago anyway), so I've adjusted smoothness to very_horrible |
74454428 | over 3 years ago | Hi,

113292521 | over 3 years ago | Hi, I moved the name from osm.org/way/48076622/history to a new route relation because that's a better way to tag a route name, I don't know anything about the Sutherland Trail itself, didn't see any signs when I was in the area and have no objection to you deleting it (but the original tagger might) |
109284380 | almost 4 years ago | Apologies, assumed it was a mistake and gate not visible in air photo - have now restored the gate too. |
107250695 | about 4 years ago | Hi jamesks, this changeset seems to have broken a lot of multipolygons I created to map the land use around Brahan and Moy Woods (around here osm.org/#map=14/57.5710/-4.5234).

105857129 | about 4 years ago | fixed |
82760648 | over 5 years ago | Good point, agreed, done. |
72989818 | almost 6 years ago | I visited in person and discovered that camping was not possible - it is only open to people renting a pitch long term. Can you suggest a better tag combination? |
63626328 | almost 7 years ago | No sorry, I didn't have time to go down Windmill Road. |
49758202 | almost 7 years ago | Yes you're right, all I did was re-tag 113081869 to put it underground. Feel free to delete one. |
58185761 | over 7 years ago | Oops. JOSM crashed during upload, I thought I had resolved conflicts correctly but clearly not.

53138088 | over 7 years ago | None of these are campsites, they are just laybys beside the road. I don't think they should appear on OpenStreetMap. |
54159348 | over 7 years ago | Didn't spot that when I was there because OsmAnd doesn't render natural=cave. I don't think there is a cave there, it's up a steep wooded bank, but I can't be sure. |
37337857 | about 8 years ago | Yes that probably is the reason it's been tagged as a nature reserve. So the follow on question is does the boundary of a Regional Park need to appear on a general purpose map? Other landscape designations e.g. national scenic areas, forest parks don't seem to appear (and/or have not been mapped). |
37337857 | about 8 years ago | I don't think the Pentland Hills Regional Park is a leisure=nature_reserve, as it is not managed primarily for conservation. I think boundary=protected_area and protection_class=7 is enough. |
46992198 | over 8 years ago | Thanks for comment - I've checked osm.wiki/Talk:Tag:highway%3Dtrack and I think you're right. Have fixed this one and some others nearby. |
46448064 | over 8 years ago | Well spotted, thanks. These roads are open for non motorised users so I have corrected the access tags to reflect this. |
