Não é através disso que você vai conseguir vantagem no Pokemon.

Certo. É que o tipo "autoestrada" é uma via de características bem específicas: precisa necessariamente ter duas pistas separadas por canteiro central (ou algum outro tipo de separação).
Alguns trechos de fato foram duplicados, mas a rodovia entre Engenheiro Coelho e Tujuguaba parece que ainda é pista simples.

Demora um pouco até o mapa ser atualizado, mas isso é normal.
Se você atualizar o seu navegador (com Ctrl+F5) já deve ver as alterações.
