access=private on those road seems questionable as that seems like the primary access road for those villas. That would prevent e.g. anyone trying to get from the Cap Juluca front desk to the Cap Shack from routing along that road. Maybe access=destination is more appropriate?

Actually, I notice that path on the DNR's hiking map (https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/parks/rocheacri/maps ), and the parking area says "Winter/prairie parking", so it may actually be a winter-only path.

I just extended the creek in this changeset and don't know that path personally, so I'd trust your eyes and remove it.
