OSM said 90 when I was looking at it while driving East.
The first 90 sign after the construction is at 9522R8HM+5G but the construction ends from a practical point here (they never put an end sign on East bound, but the road construction stops just before here).
I didn't see end/start dates but it'll be at least a month after this note. The road surface is torn up in a number of spots.

This is closed off permanently. The side walk is no longer slanted and there are curbs in place. You must get into this parking lot from the other side.
