This isn't an energency turn around spot. Its not raised to the level of the road and it has no markers so I would say its not a road.

This sidewalk is screwed up. It just goes around the corner like a normal sidewalk, not through those houses.

For all these buildings here, they are duplex-style residential. Each door is the front door into one unit. I can't find a good option for this in StreetComplete.
