That region is under lots of work in this period, we got the .shp file from local autority, it has some errors, duplicate addresses, we are giving them feedback too so you will notice frequent changes.

Hi ivanbranco, thank you for your message, I need clarification. I used addr:place, not place, and in wiki it is not very explicite how should be done correctly if in the village the address is only number and no street name exista for streets.
This was the combination allowed în wiki în which a search for address works, no validation error în josm, no error în OSM inspector.

How did you got to the naming "Strada 1,2,3...."??? Because naming for the sake of putting a name is not allowed. I know that village and there are no such street names, in reality all addresses are on Strada Principala.
