93352799 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, from what I can tell none of these bus lanes are physically separated from the main road and my understanding is that they shouldn't exist as separate ways if they are just separate lanes. Cheers,

93352056 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, is lanes:bus not correct? From the usage statistics it seems to be accepted tagging to me? Cheers,
93350598 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, if you switch to Maxar Premium Imagery, you can see all of the details (you may have to realign it to the existing data). Also roads into a shopping centre are tagged as highway=service since they aren't residential roads. Cheers,

93313477 | almost 5 years ago | Whoops, I stand corrected, I was talking about a different roadway |
93325981 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, I've changed the speed cameras back to traffic lights where the tags were moved to highway_1. Cheers,
93325095 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, generally its best to preserve the history of objects in the map e.g. resize and re-circularise a roundabout instead of deleting the roundabout and redrawing. Cheers,
93323991 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, generally unless a name is signposted for a road it's unnecessary, e.g. the service road. More info: osm.wiki/Names#Names_are_not_for_descriptions Cheers,
93323394 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, generally adding a name to a feature isn't necessary unless its specifically signposted as a name. For instance, the name "Cricket net" isn't necessary as the fact that it is an area for cricket is implied by the tags: leisure=pitch and sport=cricket. Cheers,
93322714 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, the objects you tagged as wastewater plants are probably better tagged as storage tanks -- there is a preset for "water tank" within iD. Cheers,
93322511 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, the name tag on buildings generally isn't needed for petrol station roofs, generally all the name information goes on the petrol station node/area. Also, the petrol station information (amenity=fuel) needs to be on only one object - either the area outline that you added or the main building. It can't be on both otherwise its technically duplicating the same feature. Cheers,
93326062 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, with speed cameras, you only need a single node at the location of the device (e.g. not connected to the way), and then the roadways that the speed camera takes readings can be marked with osm.wiki/Relation:enforcement If you need help setting this up then let me know. Cheers,
93321810 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, generally with slip lanes it's best to start the new way from where there is physical separation, e.g. not following next to the roadway until it becomes physical separation, for example: osm.org/edit#map=20/-34.02577/150.72660 Cheers,
93320450 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, I think you might've got capacity and capacity:disabled the wrong way round on the parking lot. Cheers,
93313477 | almost 5 years ago | Agree with aharvey, although you can't really legally drop off in a private vehicle in this sort of area, the road itself isn't restricted as far as I'm aware. |
93312919 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, does https://pewu.github.io/osm-history/#/node/6115515732 crossing not exist any more? Cheers,
93292358 | almost 5 years ago | I've removed the construction tags on this and also corrected the speed limits as the onramps on the southern end are 70km/hr, not 60km/hr |
93292358 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, what source is the speed limit and lanes from that is odbl compliant? Cheers,
93214836 | almost 5 years ago | I've reverted this in osm.org/changeset/93261215 As aharvey has said if there's a reason that has been overlooked for its removal or adjustment then it can be changed again if necessary. Cheers,
93214836 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, should the label not be part of the administrative relation? From what I can see it had the role of label. Cheers,
93129213 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, similar with changeset 90688012 I've added back the highway tag (in 93148594) which defines the way as a road otherwise it is not routable for any vehicle. I can't see anything that would stop a bus from routing over these roads, apart from one of the segments having a maxweight of 16t. Perhaps this is what the router is balking at? Cheers,
