Hi, I'm creating a Wiki page for amenity=lounge, after looking at how the tag is being used. The overwhelming number of cases are for airport lounges, so I was wondering if there is a better tag for osm.org/node/8714553104?

Siehe hier:

Hi and welcome to OpenStreetMap :-)

I noticed that you created three objects to represent Edinburgh Castle. The castle is already mapped in OSM, as osm.org/way/4301292, therefore I am removing the objects as duplicates. Let me know if you have any questions, and happy mapping!

Hallo! Ist das für dich ok, wenn ich diese Badestelle zu leisure=bathing_place umtagge? Das ist ein Tag für Badestellen, der besser passt als water_park (Erlebnisbad). Siehe auch

Hi I saw that you changed the tags on this building to building=apartments and removed the name. I assume this was an error so I changed it back when I updated the map in osm.org/changeset/144577713

I've made the multipolygon a national park boundary and removed the tags from the outer ways, as discussed here (osm.org/changeset/144070108)

I've changed it now :-) @Hamish Dobbie. Welcome to OpenStreetMap. We only draw cycle paths as separate ways when they are physically segregated by a kerb. When they are just painted on the road we just add them as tags on the road (osm.wiki/Key:cycleway). Let me know if you have any questions

Hi, looking at osm.org/way/1161197374 I wonder if there are two separate entrances that could be mapped separately? That would help the address being found
Same for osm.org/way/564066572 and others

Thanks for adding this restaurant. It was already added (osm.org/node/2396871197/), maybe it wasn't showing yet in Maps.me Therefore I am deleting the new node as it's a duplicate, hope that's OK with you

Hi I just discovered the shortcut between Sunnyside and Lawrie Reilly Place. I saw that you mapped the ways as access=destination e.g. osm.org/way/1021694846/ and
osm.org/way/659309036 Just thought I'd let you know that I've changed that to foot=permissive, because I didn't see a sign or locked gate anywhere so presumably it's OK to use. Let me know if you know more!

I did also check on Overpass because I wasn't sure and found quite a few other examples of highway=footway, motor_vehicle=private

Thanks for checking the changeset. Yeah this is a bit of an odd one and I wasn't sure if I should change the highway tag. See also
osm.org/note/3574754 and https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=1460163174375779

It *looks* like a footway, it *feels* like a footway and it functions as a footway 99.9% of the time (that is, the entrance to the park from the Dumbiedykes area). It's just that some vehicles are allowed on drive on it, presumably to access the lodge (though I've never seen anyone drive there).

It's not someone's private driveway that happens to be open to pedestrians.

But I'll defer to your experience if you disagree!
