I haven't fixed it yet, see osm.org/way/377428672#map=15/37.3157/-122.0229 I've been using osm inspector to find "self overlapping ways" and noticed this and another similar error that I think you did (can't find the changeset, but I fixed it). Just wanted to leave a friendly note to watch out for things like this. :)
