identifying 'time' from gpx trail

I have a gpx trail and I noted some points which are at a particular time . I cant find editing with the help of time in potlatch editor.

Is this feature available in JOSM ? The default binary in ubuntu 9.04 is unable to fetch maps .. maybe I should download from the website .

There is also a IPv6 java bug, I wrote a diary entry about this. Also JOSM tends to be updated frequently and you should get the newer stable version from JOSM's website.

You may be able to do this with Viking, or simply with a text editor.
Search for the time as a string (remember its in UTC) and then read teh rest of the line.
