The are no signs to mark it as a pedestrian area. So you can legally drive a motorcycle there all they. You can also drive a car there if you have the keys for the boulders.

Also note that the intersection with the Jan Evertsenstraat, there is 30 km/h zone speed limit sign. Which is a clear indication that this was not meant to be a pedestrian area.

I don't think OSM really has anything for a road that is wide enough for a car but still not accessible by cars.

If you want to mark it as a special road, then highway-service seems to be used for that.

Hoi, voor zover ik weer heb je ten onrechte een stukje Vespuccistraat aangemerkt als 'pedestrian'. Voor zover ik weet staan daar geen borden. Dus je mag er gewoon fietsen, of zelfs met een motor rijden. Gaarne terug zetten op residential, tenzij je zeker weet dat er nu wel borden staan.
