I have modified road class to footpath based on internal driver feedback and OS Open data street view. Since I'm not aware of the barrier type, I have added barrier=yes. If any local mapper has information regarding the barrier at this place, please tag it accordingly or please let me know, I will make the edits.

As per driver reported error and Os Open data data streetview there is a possibility of a barrier present at this node (link). Since there are no photo overlays I have not tagged it.
