Today, v3.1.0 of the openstreetmap-carto stylesheet (the default stylesheet on openstreetmap.org) has been released.

Changes include

• Added coffee shop rendering
• Added health clinic rendering
• Adjusted place label typography
• Road shield rendering improvements
• Internal code cleanups
