I'm not quite sure if this is supposed to be a barrier for two track motor vehicles.

The block is 15 cm high and I would definitely have concerns driving over it with a normal car

Barrier with a chain and a sign saying that the area is private property. So everything inside should also be mapped with access=private

This and also the entrance on the east side of this block is blocked by a gate.
"Propriete privee" is written on the gates.
Maybe also mark the road or the whole block as private?

this parking place is closed. there are big concrete barriers across the side to the road and pedestrian forbidden signs 🚷.
the viewpoint is not accessible without climbing over the barrier and ignoring the signs.
I would recommend deleting both the parking place and the viewpoint. Or at least adding the barrier also to the parking street as nodes and tagging the parking place with access=no
