I work for Amazon Logistics as a field quality assurance specialist. I drive around to different location and update building information. I utilized OSM to recreate offline and hardcopy maps obtained from PM and LO to help with delivery at most addresses. I traveled to different cities and towns, just about everywhere in NJ, to correct geodata (delivery location pin, road entry pin, geofence, etc.). While visiting locations, I will update information that are valuable to the OSM community, such as new communities, property names, complex building identifiers, and other information, including new roads, 1-way streets, POI, and other attributes that are not currently on the map.

In connection with Amazon Logistics programs, we collect information that we think is valuable to the OSM community such as names and info about new roads that are not currently in the map today, new data on turn restrictions, and road connectivity, to name a few.
