West victoria has been closed to cars between Chapala and State, see note about state street for more references.

State Street has been turned into a pedestrians only road between Haley and Victoria since around April 2020 due to Covid. It seems that it will continue this way after the pandemic is over. As of now, the street has not been physically changed, except for road blocks.

The intersections are still open, meaning one can cross state by car at Haley, Cota, Ortega, Canon Perdido, Carillo, Figueroa and Anapanu
