It seems that ending the diameter value with a " is not actually possible, as it automatically removes that character from the end before saving. Probably because of this, using "in" appears to be more common in practice, although there's not too many well-documented pipelines in the US and thus a small sample size to draw from.

I don't know what roadway is disconnected, but I've seen a lot of false positive errors and clicked "ignore" on them, so I'd guess that's what happened there. Drexel Connector has now been changed to a combined cycle and foot path

It looks like @1998alexkane was the one who tagged them bicycle=yes, I only adjusted the shape of the ways. I don't mind at all if you or anyone else wants to remove the tags.

OK, I think I fixed it. Thanks for letting me know, since that would be awfully hard for me to have detected. Hopefully they take care of that in iD soon

@ZeLonewolf I can't see anything wrong with it in Overpass, could you specify what's broken and where?
