I don´t understand the whole license issue...

Didn´t we all start with osm to contribute data with no limitations to the community?

Why now claim contributed data as "personal", retain copyrights and the deletion of data?

ich gehe nach folgenden Muster vor:

1. Wenn ein Weg ein ausgewiesener Fußweg ist -> highway=footway. Falls Fahrrad fahren erlaubt ist zusätzlich bicycle=yes
2. Wenn ein Weg ein ausgewiesener Fahrradweg ist -> highway=cycleway
3. Falls ein (Wald-)Weg breit genug für ein Fahrzeug ist -> highyway=track sowie tracktype=grade1-5
4. Falls ein Weg nicht breit genug für ein Fahrzeug ist, sowie weder ein ausgewiesener Rad- noch Fußweg ist -> highway=path

Falls DU den Mountainbikern etwas Gutes tun möchtest kannst Du außerdem den Tag mtb:scale=1-5 verwenden um die Schwierigkeit des Weg zu klassifizieren.

If the way is wide enough and accessible for a vehicle you should use highway=track. Otherwise use path or cycleway or bridleway.
