Hi! These should not be highway=primary. That designation is for larger roadways linking towns. Such as a state/county highway. Not this street. osm.wiki/Tag:highway=primary

Hi Michael,
I've been copying over any tags that get more specific than building=yes. However, the import data is a bit more accurate than Bing ariel imagery (or whatever was used if it was a trace before). The import data is based on stereo imagery and is sliced against property lines. So, it tends to be more accurate. But, I didn't realize the historical loss based on ID. I'll use that going forward. Thanks for reaching out.
