The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

The "Kensington-Chinatown" admin_level=10 adminstrative boundary currently has a note field that says "Kensington-Chinatown" but it has no `name` field. I believe the `note` field should actually be a `name` field.
