Is Pizzaville existing now? Or is it gone or in construction again?

Unable to answer "Does this stop have tactile paving?" – underground: Subway Platform – osm.org/way/298852576 via StreetComplete_ee 60.0:

There is tactile strips next to the platform, but it looks like it's warning bumps for a drop. You couldn't use this with a cane to know which way is forward. I'm leaning to tactile_paving=no as a result, but I'm not a Torontoian so I'll leave it to local community mappers to determine.

Sign set up for meadoway construction. Est completion date fall 2024 on the sign.
