Hi,

Welcome to OpenStreetmap!

Thanks for drawing the park's boundaries and adding the name!

In some cases, the feature (like a park, or a parking lot) may already exist as a node; if that's the case, you can delete the node (a single point) first and then draw the entire way.

(the node for the park was at osm.org/node/357525967 )

if you have any questions, I'll try to answer them, just reply back.

regards,
will from lakewood.

hi, thanks for editing but Dodd camera isn't a supermarket as you had indicated; it's a camera shop and it already existed on the map, so I deleted it.

Thanks again for editing OSM and hope to see you again on here.

Hi,

Welcome to OpenStreetMap and thanks for your edits!

I just wanted to let you know about a couple things.

There was a feature that you deleted and later readded on the map, but you forgot to add the tags on the new building you drew.

(the Coastal Taco - osm.org/way/416156730/history was deleted eand you added a new building very close to the deleted one and didn't add the information about Coastal Taco back to your new building (osm.org/way/449791884).

If you need any help with mapping or have any questions, feel free to contact me :)

Regards,
Will, a Clevelander.

hi, thanks for mapping but many of these places (airport, the church) had already existed on the map and you don't need to add them again. I deleted the duplicate entries you made. If you have any questions, ask your teacher :)

note - West Superior Ave and Superior Ave East are not accessible by cars; only pedestrians, bicyclists, and RTA buses (the public transportation system); and emergency vehicles (EMS, police) are allowed through it. Hope my tagging of the ways reflects that.

thanks for mapping but you indicated that horses are allowed on the way.

I'm pretty sure that they are not ;)

I've corrected it for you.

hi cheese, thanks for mapping but
shortcuts like
osm.org/way/424806996 were already drawn as a street (West 106th place). You don't need to add a separate way here.

next time, remember a feature (like a park, library, etc) whether it's a point, a line, or a closed line/area, it needs to only be added to openstreetmap once;

hi, thanks for mapping but Clark Park was already mapped so the extra clark park point that you added wasn't needed. :)

hi, thanks for adding, although it was mapped as a parking area. I did add that it was free to park there.

Hi, thanks for mapping!
walkways that don't have an official name (like a street name) can be left blank.

See osm.wiki/Names

for more information. I fixed it for you too :)

thanks for fixing this up with OSM conventions; As a local mapper, I'll continue to fix some students' mistakes and will be working with their teacher to improve their mapping :)
