In der Datenbank ist Deine Änderung jedenfalls drin, und Osmarender hat sie auch gerendert. Wieso mapnik die noch nicht gerendert hat, weiss ich auch nicht, aber das kann manchmal schon ein paar Tage dauern (wenn es auch meistens innerhalb von wenigen Minuten passiert).
You could find the tile PNGs in question and add /dirty to the end of the URL. This should return the text "Tile submitted for rendering" -- this will flag the tile as in need of a re-render.
Mapnik erzeugt einzelne PNG Bilder die zusammengesetzt die Karte bilden.
Wenn man ein einzelnes Bild lädt und ein /dirty anhängt dann rendert mapnik die neu.

Im Zoomlevel 17 und 18 sieht es jetzt gut aus.
Die habe ich heute nochmal als dirty markiert.
Z16 habe ich erst jetzt markiert.
