Honestly, I cannot tell which one is better, since I dont have dual-band GPS device. But the custom map I am using is an official aerophoto map that was published by Tbilisi administration http://maps.tbilisi.gov.ge

Wikidata demands to link only to relation, because ways and points are not stable enough. But you deleted relations and moved all tags to ways, which is a wrong approach.

Besides this, how to mark administrative boundaries is written in OSM wiki (osm.wiki/Tag:boundary%3Dadministrative).

Here's an example: osm.org/relation/11898665#map=14/41.7109/44.7668

There is a relation with boundary=administrative and two parts of relation: 1) a simple enclosed way (with no tags or information) and with role=outer and 2) a label (with the name of this administrative division).

Do you mind, if I restore those relations, move back needed tags, setup linking between OSM and Wikidata? Or you can do it yourself? Thank you for understanding.

Hi, Irakli. According to osm.wiki/Tag:highway%3Dbus_guideway, bus guideways are are those roads which have bus lane SEPARATED from main road. If those are just usual bus lanes, then you cannot be tagged as guideways.

Hi, sorry for some mess that I might have invoked.

1. The data is taken from timenote.info (https://timenote.info/lv/copy). It is written that the data is published under CC-BY, which means that we might use this data freely (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/).
2. I explicitly checked (with a script) that I add only those cemeteries that have no other cemetery nearby in 150 meters. This should help avoiding creation of duplicates.
3. What are viable options in this situation? I would like to preserve and improve my data with the help of some volunteers. Especially for Latvia where data is supposed to be of good quality. How and where can we discuss all that?

All cemeteries were createed by hand. I am sorry if some were uploaded with an offset, but most of the data (that I was checking befoore upload) doesn't have an offset. This is senkapiu teritorija, as I understood, so I decided to inclide it. Please, do edit it as you see fit. Āčiū!
