Most of the address nodes should roughly line up with front doors.

Proper changeset comment because Every Door didn't let me include one:
Positions of addresses are approximate (based on Esri satellite imagery), some houses have multiple doors with different numbers which I have added separately.

What imagery did you us? The bing street view here is 7 years out of date and I can't find a mapillary image with a good enough view to confirm this doesn't exist.

Fixed. Honestly, from the satellite imagery and comments on the changeset this was added in, I don't think this exists, but I haven't been there so fixing the name is the most I'm going to do.

Actually, given my understanding of administrative boundaries is clearly insufficient to review wikidata tag additions I'm going to see if I can remove any wikidata tags I added to administrative boundary's. I am not at a computer now but I should be able to get it done this evening.

Sorry about that. Are the two errors you have commented on outliers or should I revert all wikidata tags I added to community areas?
