Hah - I wonder if we surveyed Gurney Road and Buxton Road simultaneously. (I was just doing a driveby building:levels with StreetComplete at about 1800)

The Financial Conduct Authority is not the only organisation in that building. See here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/12_Endeavour_Square

It's an interesting one; LLDC's remit is to be the planning authority for some of the territory of existing (admin_level=8) London Boroughs (including Hackney and Newham). They are not a Civil Parish, which is what level 10 should be used for; but on the other hand there is no accepted way to tag this sort of thing.

I expect Way 766721111 (Old Oak Park Royal Development Corporation) is similar.

Hi there. Are you absolutely sure about this removal? I walked past it yesterday and it was still there. A blue column about 1.2m high. I didn't try it - is it still there, but not working?

Thanks for doing these thankless tasks.

That matches my memory precisely. I may have to walk down that spur of Carolina Close at some point; not this week though.

Do you know what these offices are? From memory, there is very little outward sign of them.

Thanks for the suggestion. I think you're right; there are customers, and they can able around the whole village. I've tried to set all the roads and paths to access='customers' and will check more thoroughly for any remaining 'private' next time I'm in front of JOSM.

Thanks!

Hi DaveF,

The apparent random distribution is because those are all ways that I've edited at some point in the past. Osmose therefore "blames" me for the "problem", and assumes I have some direct knowledge of the on-the-ground conditions.

Hi Andy / Someoneelse,

I am happy for you to revert this one. Please do.

I was taking the view of Osmose literally; without realising that it wasn't up-to-speed on PROW usage in GB.

Makes sense, thanks for replying. The Wiki page on cycle hire stations is a bit lacking on this point.

Would it be better to use something like the stop_area relation for this new "local" tag?

Superficially, it looks like it's being used for the same thing (to me), but stop_area might mean something specific.

Great stuff - both names are now showing for me too. (But it's not listed as a Stop Area relation - nor should it be. Local example of a Transit Stop Area relation would be r7772649 - no idea how useful relevant it would be to do something similar for the DLR infrastructure - I think it's only truly useful for Bus Stops)

Thanks for your full reply - good to get it in place.

I realised you were working to improve compliance with PTv2 standards. I agree it's not obvious how to / whether to distinguish the naming between the two Stratfords International - I just wanted to point out the pending potential "problem". I think it would be neater to have the word "DLR" in the platform names, but it's not important.

You might also have spotted that MacLondon has recently added the Stratford Intl HS1 station elements into the Stop Area relation for the DLR station.

I've done a bit of work on the HS1 station - some time ago - fell into the trap of trying to get the station building (with WH Smiths et al) to render above the platforms - bit with no luck.

Quick question; I notice that you've renamed the DLR station platforms (e.g. (n5257500827 to "Stratford International Platform 2").

Does this create a conflict with n147982064 (Also "Platform 2", but at the nearby mainline HS1 station, also called "Stratford International").

You could try the "Terracer" plug-in for Josm.
