159612607 | 8 months ago | Have added the other existing artworks to the relation in changeset - 159620855. Some aren't on OSM yet. |
148955134 | 9 months ago | Finally got round to it osm.org/changeset/159327946#map=0/52.1/0.0 |
159320335 | 9 months ago | changeset #: 159322444 |
159320335 | 9 months ago | Oh - I see there's a continue point. I'll shortly continue it, using the GPS traces to find the correct alignment. |
159320335 | 9 months ago | Hi there! In this changeset, you've deleted way 39444238, a path which used to run from north of the Boat House down to near the Perch Pond. You've replaced it with way 1335368253 - but that one is only half as long. Did you really mean to cut the path down like that? |
159103020 | 9 months ago | Hi there. In this changeset you say "No Wi-Fi access specified", but the change you've made is to set wheelchair acess from yes to no. Is that what you intended? Just trying to understand. |
148955134 | 9 months ago | No problem at all, nice to hear from you both. Next time I'm in the area, I'll have a look at the location and fix the path. |
148955134 | 9 months ago | I was initially confused by your response, but I've learned that at TomTom, when someone leaves, their OSM account can be monitored. (I had assumed there was a group account wit multiple users). |
157422629 | 9 months ago | Thanks Claudius H. You're correct in what you say - I've figured out who has added the 'new' name. I asked because a couple of decades ago, Stratford High-Level and Stratford Low-Level were the correct names for (effecifvely) two different stations at this site. So the user mighthave been working from an old source. As you say, confusion is unlikley because the names don't actually appear anywhere humans might see them. |
148955134 | 9 months ago | Hello - did you do what you wanted to do here? The task in MapRoulette is shown as 'fixed' but the way still goes through the building. You added 'level=0', but did you mean to make it 'indoor'? and what is the source? |
104500770 | 10 months ago | In changeset 158044871, I've jsut added planning refs (P2018/2269/FUL) to the three sites. If you look up that ref on the Islington portal (https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/islington/search-applications/ ) you can see what was planned back in 2018, and pick through revisions since. Not sure you can just 'trace' these. But there are floor plans and elevations available that you can compare what what's visible on the ground. |
156641342 | 10 months ago | I'll add a Note appealing for an in-person review / survey. |
156641342 | 10 months ago | Can way 507542421 (the big surrounding construction site) now be reduced or removed? Or does BGCS still feel like a construction site? |
104500770 | 10 months ago | Are you still in the area? HAve these two been completed? |
157722997 | 10 months ago | Interesting - thank you for the intel! It looks like there are no addresses on Arber Lane yet - that would explain why Royal Mail postcode finder has nothing for it yet. Do you know when Carpenters Land Bridge will open? (And is that the correct name for it?) |
157722997 | 10 months ago | Hello there, and welcome to OSM. I notice that in this changeset you've renamed Arber Way to Arber Lane. It seems like the official name of this path is unclear- the latest maps on the QE Olympic Park website have 'Arber Lane', but the official list of UK streets calls it Arber Way - https://www.findmystreet.co.uk/map?usrn=22208419. The Royal Mail postcode finder calls it Arber Way too, as does the website of the Hera restaurant - https://herarestaurant.co.uk/ Can I ask, where did you see the "Arber Lane" name? Is there now a street sign there? |

157630302 | 10 months ago | I'll confess that I need to read the wiki again every time I look at parking tags. I did volunteer our area for whatever this guy is up to on the strength of all the parking tagging that seems to be in place already. https://www.reddit.com/r/openstreetmap/comments/1fspwyi/region_with_on_street_parking_spots/ |
157630302 | 10 months ago | Thanks! I've been on a mission to close out some Notes in the area, but this one was slipping into the too-hard pile. |
