107436858 | about 4 years ago | Thanks for all your work with StreetComplete! Nice to see all the improvements coming in. |
106859967 | about 4 years ago | It's very easy to forget about one's own notes! |
104692831 | about 4 years ago | Thank you for clearing up my typos again! |
65244559 | over 4 years ago | Better images now available; a way has been added (w837353269) to show old road alignment as a warning. |
81377815 | over 4 years ago | Just a note to say that everything I've contributed from NLS out-of-copyright maps has been removed from the database, and replaced bit-by-bit with findings from housenumber surveys, tagged with source:addr:housenumber to confirm. |
101375440 | over 4 years ago | Having done more desk research, am now happy that this school is no longer there. Visible only on old ESRI Clarity imagery, not on more recent 2017-era Bing imagery - which shows rubble. Planning application refers to site as 'former' school site and advised that a petrol station is being proposed (LA07/2020/1588/F). Dept. of Edu. site refers to the school being amalgamated to form 'Our Lady and St. Patrick PS' on Edward Street. Have left ways present, with prefix razed:. |
102472457 | over 4 years ago | Thanks! |
102472457 | over 4 years ago | Thanks for adding this service road. Is there a reason it goes through the fence instead of going through the gate? |
102004659 | over 4 years ago | Official verdict in from (the LLDC?) via the artists - "Following a recent arboricultural condition survey it was found that the health of the Copper Beech History Tree at Chobham Manor had significantly declined and that it was infected with Meripilus giganteus fungi which is associated with tree root decay. Consequently, our tree expert has recommended that this tree should be removed for safety reasons.” |
102004659 | over 4 years ago | The LLDC got in touch to say that the replacement tree is an oak, and that they're working with the artists to find an alternative site for the steel ring. |
102004659 | over 4 years ago | Have emailled the artists, the developer and the planning authority. Oh and Diamond Geezer. Hope to find out more. It has been replaced by another mature tree. |
101375440 | over 4 years ago | Hi there. In this changeset, you added St. Patrick's Primary School. I don't think there is any such school - do you have local knowledge of it? I suspect this is the site of the former "St Patrick's Boys School", which was amalgamated into the nearby "Our Lady and St Patrick Primary School" in 2011. Is the old site still used? Search the DENI site for refs 403-1644, 403-1384 and 403-6693 to see what I mean - http://apps.education-ni.gov.uk/appinstitutes/ |
101700079 | over 4 years ago | My mistake here was neglecting to untick the 'reuse changeset' button, resulting in a 150 mile-wide changeset. |
101700079 | over 4 years ago | I was aiming to remove the maxspeed only from the footpath, not the road... did I screw it up? |
101191477 | over 4 years ago | Good move. I like how you've used 'customers' here, rather than 'private'. Will look out of any I've done that need an update. |
101146651 | over 4 years ago | Hi there. I would have expected amenity=bicycle_rental to be for hiring bikes. There are cycle rental lockers appearing in the area, one at Maryland and one at Leyton (where you can hire Brompton folding bikes). I think this type of location is more like a private car park. (Which are never marked as car rental) So they could be marked as a covered bike park, with access=private, since you need to hire them (for about 12 months at a time) |
101146651 | over 4 years ago | Is this really a cycle hire station? I suspect it is a covered cycle park, perhaps this one - https://cyclehoop.force.com/RentalsCommunity/yourcycleparking?id=a0h0O00002OCDb6QAH |
100643238 | over 4 years ago | Bit of a thankless task... Though I was passing Maryland Station just now and found they have a printed OSM map on display, so it's all doing some good. |
100643238 | over 4 years ago | Hi Rob - if you care about naptan:verified tags, you *could* potentially tag all these as naptan:verified=yes, since you've been past add added the tactile paving data with StreetComplete. Over the weekend, I went back over my old StreetComplete bus stop changes, and set them to naptan:verified=yes on that basis. Will try to remember to do it for all new StreetComplete bus stop changes from now on. Ken |
99898125 | over 4 years ago | I've re-added them in this changeset - osm.org/changeset/99973167 |
