So what actually happened here was: I was a bit lost trying to find a working bus stop near the hospital after accompanying someone to an appointment there, and I had the Organic Maps app on my phone. I found the sundial, saw it was not shown by Organic Maps, and added it using Organic Maps "add place" function, using my current GPS readout as the location. (And then my GPS readout changed due to accuracy issues, so I deleted it and re-added it in a slightly different location.). But I was a bit short on time and trying to catch a bus, so I didn't find out what the sundial was really called, or work out how (if it's even possible) to specify a "sundial" in Organic Maps's "add" function. So I figured that, if I could just get it to record my current GPS location and add *something* there, then it would be possible to sort it out properly on a desktop computer later (i.e. search to find out what it's really called and set it to something other than a Monument). So calling it Equation of Time (from the plaque) and calling it a monument was supposed to be a temporary thing just to mark the location in Organic Maps until I got to a proper computer at home. But you beat me to it :)
