The section of Old Whig Hill Rd (Whig Hill Rd) from the marker to Rt 202A has been renamed Lauriston Lane and the houses renumbered. The town changed the road sign last summer, but GPS devices still only recognize the old addresses. The Post Office is using the new addresses. *Earlier post seemed to have the marker in the wrong place.

This section of Whig Hill Rd has been renamed Lauriston Lane by the town of Strafford (and the road sign changed two months ago), The old house numbers have also been changed (for example our house was 1330 Whig Hill Rd and it is now 35 Lauriston Lane). As far as I can tell the old address is still working with GPS, but the road sign has been changed.
