When JOSM seems to be to complicated at start, you can also try Merkaartor as offline editor to show your traces.

Zu beachten wäre bei dem Zusammenspiel von OSM und wheelmap.org, ob von der Wheelmap-Datenbank nun endlich mal auch POIs berücksichtigt werden, welche als area oder building (und nicht nur als ein einzelner Punkt) in den OSM-Daten vorhanden sind.

It's always nice to have a new release of OSM related software ...

But there is NO other page linking to this!

And the useful template osm.wiki/Template:Software2 is also missing.

There are at least two more points that should improve for navit:

1) Like mentioned in the OSM wiki: don't rely on the tag "is_in" to find out all streets belonging to a certain place, but use boundary relations!

2) Let the user edit the preferences via the User interface and not via editing a very long and complicated xml-file!

Hi, es gibt inzwischen das weiterentwickelte Plugin "Imagery" ... das ist ganz einfach zu bedienen und mann kann bei Bedarf den Hintergrund verschieben.
